About me!
My name is London Leiknes. I am a third-year student at the University of Georgia with a passion for creative work that spans both digital and traditional mediums. I’ve been creating for as long as I can remember, from taking every art class available to me growing up to pursuing graphic design and digital projects in college. Art has always been a constant in my life, and over time that passion has expanded into areas like graphic design, branding, and digital product design. My goal is to build a career that combines creativity and business—using design not only as a form of expression but also as a tool to help brands, organizations, and communities communicate their ideas effectively.
My design style focuses on clarity, strong visual hierarchy, and thoughtful storytelling. I enjoy working with clean layouts, intentional typography, and balanced color palettes to create designs that feel both engaging and purposeful. When approaching a project, I focus on understanding the problem first—researching the audience, exploring multiple concepts, and refining ideas through iteration. I value collaboration and feedback throughout the process, and I believe the best design solutions come from a combination of creativity, strategy, and experimentation.
Outside of design, painting remains one of my favorite creative outlets and allows me to explore a more expressive side of art. When I’m not working on a project, you can usually find me looking at pictures of my dogs, experimenting with new creative ideas, or finding inspiration in everyday life. My favorite color is blue, which tends to find its way into many of my projects (and maybe my website). Whether I’m designing digitally or painting on canvas, I’m always looking for new ways to create, learn, and grow.
